About Us

1991

The company PRESSTA-EISELE GmbH Bullay Germany and Mr. Pavol Vítek have established joint company ALUMA ČS s.r.o. The aim of company with its registered office in the town Žilina is to render the complex services to young manufacturers of PVC and ALU windows in previous Czechoslovakia and supply the most modern technological equipments to the manufacturers of ALU profiles in industry.

1992

We open the Show room with our machines. In this way we helped the tenths of customers to orientate easilly when purchasing the suitable technological equipments. We have succeeded in arousing the interest of professional circles by our participation at the International Brno Fair. During the year the company has made the first supplies of complete production lines for manufacture of PVC and ALU windows.

1993

Business-like approach to customers is proved by evidence of the fact, that as a first supplier of these machines we have offered them for testing and certification to the State certification and testing laboratory, Brno.

1994

In Lithuania we have won the first customer outside Slovakia and Czech republic. We start to run the private customs warehouse.

1995

In March the first ALUMA TECH SHOW takes place. It has started the tradition of domestic exhibitions. The first show has met the great positive international acclaim within the manufacturers of windows.

„We wish to grow with you“ it is a new watch-word of our company, which expresses our philosophy to enter with our customers into long-term serious and reliable partnership.
On 25th November we open the new-built commercial-technical-administration premises. The new registered office of company is Krasňany district Žilina. In the supplies of machinery and equipments we became the most modern, leading company in the Central European region.

The firm Pressta Eisele as a leader on the market with corner crimping machines has come into the market with new model PRESSTA 2000. It is a machine with adjustable corner crimping heads and with adjustable inner stop.

1996

The firm Pressta Eisele introduces the successful model of cutting saw PRISMA in the market. The machine is very useful for various facades and winter gardens makers.

1997

We are modifying our logo.

In Srnojedy near-by Pardubice the daughter company ALUMA BOHEMIA has come into existence.
At the International Brno Fair, Czech republic, the machine PRESSTA 2000 was awarded the gold medal. It is the best selling corner crimping machine.

We have started to build up our own modern and creative design office.
On 1st September we open new production hall. In the new-built premises and on the modern machines we have started with the production of assembly tables and transport wagons. The manufacture of ELAN production programme has started.
During the ALUMA TECH SHOW on 10th October, we present our new machine. The automatic cleaning machine RONDO. Thanks to ability of the machine to speed notably the manufacturing process, it became the useful aid of various small and middle manufacturers of PVC windows.
This year our domestic exhibition has visited 298 customers 130 firms and 7 states.

ALUMA ČS is one of the foundation members of the Association of Slovak windows manufacturers SLOVOKNO.

1998

In 1998 our representative in Ukraine with registered office at Kiev has started its business activities. The ALUMA UA machines enjoy a good reputation within ukraine customers.
Since the begining of year the company has introduced and since August approved by British company the LOYD´S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE London the Quality Management System under ISO 9002

1999

We start the active business in Hungary. We go a head in the production of glazing unit ELAN. The unit is characterized by solid construction and is available in various models. The price is very advantageous in relation to the technical and utility features of machine.

2000

New show room is opened in the domicile of our mother firm at Bullay, Germany.
Our new automatic machine Water Slot Router PRAKTIK was placed on market. The customers appreciate the flexibility, preciseness and at the same time the simple adjustment of the router units.

2001

ALUMA ČS in the circle of its customers, business partners and many friends celebrates the 10th anniversary of its existence.

During the ALUMA TECHSHOW the new Glazing Bead Saw NOVA is exhibited. It attracted the attention of customers with its universal solution of the beads clamping. The firm Pressta Eisele presents modern cutting automat PROFILMA 200.

2002

At the domestic fair ALUMA TECHSHOW the Machining centre PHANTOMATIC enjoys a great interest of the visitors.

2003

At CONECO Bratislava the ARCUS Face Milling Cutter with possibility of milling the mullion at the different degrees , has its opening. The machine attracts visitors with its characteristics as are multipurpose and corners cleaning after welding

Opening of specialistic station of technical control in the manufacturing works. Reorganization of the company´s logistic system.

The firm PRESSTA EISELE organizes the first domestic fair OPEN HOUSE.

2004

At Bratislava CONECO exhibition we have on show our PANTOMAT Drilling and milling automatic machine for crank span and lock case pockets.

We make the first supplies of automatized intermediate transport of elements in production of PVC windows.

Modernization of production technology with CNC machining centre.

On 10th March the Quality management system is recertificated by british LLOYD´S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE London as per ISO 9001:2000. The quality management system involves the following : project and development, production, sale and service of machines and manipulating equipments for manufacture of ALU and PVC windows and machining of ALU and PVC profiles. The ALUMA machines are in operation at contented customers not only in Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary and Ukraine, but also in Belgium, Belorussia, Estonia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Germany, Polland, Austria, Romania, Russia, Italy. Except out traditional customers from the sector of PVC and ALU windows manufacture, we have the customers from industrial sphere. Prevailingly from automobile and electro-technical industry.

2005

After successful sale of face milling machines ARCUS we have shown glazing bead saw NOVA to french PVC windows producers on exhibition BATIMAT in Paris this year.
The machine from Slovakia made a splash among the professionals .

In October new automatic cleaning machine RONDO 4000 was launched . It is another product suming up „conventional“ PVC windows machines production schedule.
RONDO 4000 can be equipped with four separate miller sets machining 4 different profiles. After welding the corner can be completely cleaned including slants and radia. Simple control and high speed of cleaning to be a big advantage of this machine .

There is written on official slovakian logo : „Small big country“. COMBI RADIUS newcomer from ALUMA plant in Krasňany is „Small big assistant“. It is really very difficult to find PVC windows producer not machining profiles with radia or slants. Most of producers makes after welding cleaning of this parts manually wasting the time and making poor quality. Launching COMBI RADIUS on the market solves this problems.

2006

In January we presented on the market automatic welding machine APOLLO 2A,which was produced as sturdy machine with using new constructional solutions and high-quality components. It guarantees precise technological progress of pruduction PVC windows.All of the existing production was for export,that means this machine is really high quality and technological progressive.

After break we introduced again firm magazine under new name „REPORT“.It informs business partners about our activities and news.
